The Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. or Sunset, whichever occurs first. There is NO NIGHT SWIMMING allowed by DHEC. We have had complaints of individuals going into the pool area after sunset. This is a safety hazard and is not allowed. In 2024, 85 South Carolinians died because of unintentional drowning, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. According to our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Greenhill Parish and its Bylaws, all homeowners are required to maintain their property to include proper maintenance of their home and yard. This is implied to include regular maintenance such as mowing of the grass, edging sidewalks and driveways, and keeping bushes and shrubs trimmed, as needed.

The Greenhill Parish 2026 annual meeting will be on Thursday, May 14th @6pm at the pool. There will be two HOA board positions open for voting. Details for the meeting and how to run for the board will be mailed to all residents on April 14th.

The pool will be opened Saturday, April 18th to all residents who are up to date on their HOA dues. Pool rules will be included with the annual HOA meeting notice mailed to all residents about April 14th. This date was changed from may 1st due to the warm weather.

Greenhill Parish will have our Spring yard sale on Saturday, April, 18th 2026. Get your stuff ready to sell.

Three letters were found among the trash that was picked up on Greenhill Parish Parkway. They were stolen out of our mailboxes and checks gone. They were brought back to their senders who now have to deal with their bank. These all were taken from homes surrounding Central Park.

Several neighbors have noticed pet owners not cleaning up after their pet. It is extremely frustrating to have to pick up pet waste in your yard, especially when they don't own a pet. Please be considerate and pick up after your pet.
