Frequently asked questions
The annual assessment has to be paid through MJS, Inc, our HOA's administrative partner. You can pay your assessment fees online by visiting MJS's website.
The bylaws can be found in the Forms and Documents section of the website. Alternatively, you can download them here.
The street lights are maintained by Dominion Energy South Carolina (formerly known as SCE&G).
You can report a burned out street light using either of the following methods:
Calling their Dominion Energy's Customer Service Hotline, at 1-800-251-7234
Submitting a Report using the Report Streetlight Issue Form on Dominion Energy South Carolina's website, using this link: https://account.dominionenergysc.com/streetlightrepair
Prior to making your report, please write down the Pole Number, which is found on a metal oval-shaped tag on the light pole, also known as a Pole Tag. This Pole Tag may be labeled with "SCE&G Co." if it was installed prior to 2021 - please see the picture below for more information. In addition, include the Home Address closest to the affected street light, and be sure to list Autumn Woods West under the Company/Homeowners Association Name on the form.
This information will allow for Dominion Energy's crews to quickly come to our neighborhood and fix the burned out street light.
All roads in Green Hill Parish, with the exception of the Retreat (gated section), are Richland County Roads. For issues with the county roads, please call the Richland County Ombudsman at 803-929-6000.
Contact the Board for issues within the Retreat, since those are private roads. GreenHill Parish Parkway and the traffic rotary in front of the clubhouse are county roads, and we have no control over signage or traffic issues there.
Trash pickup is normally every Wednesday for household trash, while Yard Waste and Recycling is picked up every other Friday. For questions, call 803-576-2440.
All residents are encouraged to download the Richland Solid Waste App for updates to collection days. For more information, please follow the link to Richland County's Solid Waste & Recycling Site.
It shall be unlawful for any person to play any radio, phonograph or musical instrument in such a manner or with such volume, particularly between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am., as to annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort or repose of persons in any dwelling, hotel or other type of residence, creating public nuisance.
For Non-Emergencies, call the Richland County Sheirff's Department (RCSD) at 803-252-2911. For Emergencies call 911.
To reserve the Clubhouse, call MJS, Inc., our HOA's Management Company, at 803-743-0600.
There is a $350 refundable cleaning/damage deposit and a $100 non-refundable fee to reserve (total $450). MJS will ask you to sign an agreement and provide a key. Reserving the Clubhouse does not mean reserving the pool also.
GHP now has three cameras. They are at the pool, the keypad at the gate and the park just inside Oldfield. Each camera box has multiple cameras covering the main entrances, the pool area, clubhouse, and pool parking lot. These cameras are on constant record and hold images for 30 days and only view areas where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy.
As always, if you see or suspect something criminal then call RCSD first. The non-emergency number is 803-252-2911 and emergencies are always 911. These cameras are for security issues and footage will be forwarded to the RCSD when appropriate.
If something happens and you think the camera may help, contact any board member and they can pull the footage.
