2026 Annual Meeting

Don’t forget next weeks annual HOA meeting at the pool. Thursday, May 14th @ 6pm. We will be electing two board positions. If you are interested in running for the board then let MJS know as per the notice letter every home received. We will cover finances, ongoing repairs and projects, and the latest on the Spears creek road widening project (hint: not much going on). Hope to see you there.

Pool opening Saturday, April 18th

The pool will be opened Saturday, April 18th to all residents who are up to date on their HOA dues. Pool rules will be included with the annual HOA meeting notice mailed to all residents about April 1
