Clubhouse Rental

To reserve the Clubhouse, call MJS, Inc., our HOA's Management Company, at 803-743-0600.


There is a $350 refundable cleaning/damage deposit and a $100 non-refundable fee to reserve (total $450). The cost was increased in 2025 to help offset the cost of building repairs.


MJS will ask you to sign an agreement and provide the renter a key. Reserving the Clubhouse does not mean reserving the pool also.

Pool Closed

The pool is now closed. We requested the pool company to do it next Monday but it appears they closed it today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

 
 
Trash and Recycling

As a reminder and to maintain the beauty of our community, we have notes the Trash, Recycling, and Yard Debris Collection Schedule. Please note when there is a holiday, the pickup may be a day or two
