To reserve the Clubhouse, call MJS, Inc., our HOA's Management Company, at 803-743-0600.
There is a $350 refundable cleaning/damage deposit and a $100 non-refundable fee to reserve (total $450). The cost was increased in 2025 to help offset the cost of building repairs.
MJS will ask you to sign an agreement and provide the renter a key. Reserving the Clubhouse does not mean reserving the pool also.
