UPDATE: Tree Pruning job

UPDATE October 9th: Sox and Freeman is still dealing with damage from Helene and has no estimated date on when they will finish our pruning job.

UPDATE: Due to the storm, Sox and Freeman tree company is diverting their resources to people that had trees come down on their homes and other significant damage. They will get back to our neighborhood job as soon as they can. We will keep everyone informed. Meanwhile, our landscaping company is helping to cleanup downed branches in the common areas.

We are having a huge tree job starting the week of Sept 23rd to do the common areas and parks. We made a deal with Sox and Freeman to trim all trees between the street and the sidewalk at any house in the neighborhood for $145. If you would like this done please call them at 803-252-7294 and they will schedule your house to be done.

Reminder that the homeowners are responsible for trees between the curb and sidewalk. This is a good deal so take advantage while they are here. You will need to call and pay them before they begin work.

You will see this job going on for about a week and a half. It will include all of Central Park, clubhouse area, entrance in front of clubhouse, both retreat parks, Oldfield Parks. They will prune trees, remove dead limbs and clear some brush.
